I'm Daniel.

Born and raised in the mountainside town of Golden, Colorado, I grew up entwined with the outdoors. For the last few years, I've sought to share the beauty I see in nature through photography. One day I hope to use my camera to bring attention to the world we have, and the world we are losing.

Since beginning work for Yale's media office in 2022, I've discovered the joys of capturing people in the world. Though my roots are in nature photography, portraiture has recently captured my heart. I love discovering new artistic styles and I'm always open to new projects that push my artistic vision to new places.
